How do I need to prepare the wall?

We recommend a standard wall preparation. This requires an undercoat followed by 2 top coats of paint and an adequate drying time recommended by your paint supplier, before applying our wall stickers.

How do I apply my stickers to the intended surface?

Please see our “How To” video, which demonstrates how to apply your stickers to the wall. We also provide you with a Stickm applicator that we encourage you to use to help smooth the stickers on the wall and remove any air bubbles.

Can I use the wall stickers on other surfaces other than inside walls?

You may be able to apply the stickers to other surfaces such as tiles, windows, doors, mirrors and exterior surfaces. However, our stickers are primarily intended for use on clean interior walls, therefore we cannot guarantee the quality of application and removal or any damage to these surfaces.

Will removing the wall stickers ruin the paint?

Our stickers will not ruin or remove paint on the wall surface as long as our instructions have been followed before applying our wall stickers and the wall has had standard wall preparation. This means an undercoat, followed by two top coats of paint and the adequate drying time recommended by your paint supplier.

I need to move my wall stickers to another wall, is this possible?

As long as you keep the backing paper to stick them onto whilst in transit, and keep the adhesion side free of dust and dirt, your wall sticker can be applied to another wall or suitable surface.

I live in a rental property, are your stickers landlord friendly?

Our stickers are landlord friendly as long as the walls are clean and have been adequately prepped.

How do I store stickers once I have removed them from a wall?

To safely store your wall stickers, we recommend you re-adhere them to the original backing paper they came on, then place them in the Stickm tube until you are ready to re-use them.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed and ready to be dispatched, you will receive email notification with information on how to check the status through the courier company.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

If your order hasn’t been printed and you would like to make a change to the product, we will endeavour to make any necessary changes. Due to each order being personalised, we would be unable to make any changes if printing has already taken place. Please contact us as soon as possible in this instance.

How much is postage and do you offer express postage?

All standard delivery is $9.95 within Australia. If you would like your package sooner, express postage is available for an additional cost. Express orders will be dispatched after your payment has been received and printed. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse.

How long will it take to receive my order from time of purchase?

Our production print run is every Tuesday morning. Shipping time will vary depending on your delivery location. For all capital cities it is roughly 1-3 business days, and roughly 4-7 business days in rural locations once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Is there an option to speed up my delivery time?

If you have checked our delivery timeframes and need your stickers sooner, you have the option of express shipping for an additional cost. For urgent orders, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to have your products to you on time.

What if my product is lost during the shipping process?

If you believe your product has been lost in the shipping process, please notify us and we will follow this up with the courier company.

What if my products have been damaged during delivery?

If you receive your order and the parcel is damaged, please take a photo of the tube before opening it. If the products inside are also damaged, this gives us proof that they were damaged in transit and a replacement will be arranged. If you receive your order and just the products inside are damaged then please take a photo and send it to us.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Because we manufacture in Australia, this greatly reduces the carbon footprint of our products. The durable nature of our product also means they last longer and can be reused many times over. This eliminates “one-use” applications and helps reduce landfill.

Are all your products made in Australia?

Yes they are. All of our products are manufactured and printed right here in Australia.
